I'm positively shocked! We rented a car for a week, the cool owners were able to both arrange a new car in great condition totally last minute and they were very professional and just nice people who understand the client. I tried 7 other places before finding Alpha Group and the prices were also one of the best. We were able to drop off the car at the airport and it was both a seamless and pleasant experience. If only more businesses would be so professional! One of the best car rental experiences I've had. Will return to Alpha Group next time I'm visiting Crete. Thank you!

Great service, very professional customer handling (!), very good prices, cool owners and friendly atmosphere. And new cars in very good condition. Generally no problems and very satisfactory. I rented cars in 10 countries and 3 times in Greece and this is one of the two best companies I've rented a car from. If you want to be treated professionally then consider them.

We were staying in Kalyves. A waiter gave me a tip for this car rental located in Chania. We got a very good price and the car was delivered at 'our' door. The car was as new without any flaws. After 13 days the car was picked up at 'our' door. No hassle and very good service!
